The short version: share it. Quote it, screenshot it and link to it with credit. Don't change what it says, and don't use it to sell anything. It is not medical or legal advice.
What this site is
Kratom Is Not Heroin is an opinion and information site built on public records. Blask built it for havenaccess.org, an organization dedicated to protecting access to kratom and all of its alkaloids. Every claim carries a label that says what backs it (a record, a person's own statement, a news report or our own reading) and a link to the source. Passages marked "What we think" are opinion.
Not medical or legal advice
Nothing here is medical advice, legal advice or a recommendation to use any product. Talk to a doctor about your own health and a lawyer about your own legal situation. If someone may be overdosing, call 911.
Using and sharing our work
The original writing and graphics on this site, the Board included, are © 2026 Blask. You may share, quote, screenshot and republish them, in whole or in part, as long as you:
- credit Kratom Is Not Heroin and link to kratomisnotheroin.com or the page you used;
- keep quotes, numbers and labels as they appear, without edits that change their meaning;
- don't use them to advertise or sell a product;
- don't suggest that Blask or Haven Access endorses you, your group or your product.
For anything else, ask first. All rights not granted here are reserved.
Material from others
Government records shown here, such as Federal Register notices, court filings and federal disclosure forms, are public records. Quotes, news reports, studies, posts and screenshots of them belong to their owners. We show short excerpts to report on them and comment on them, which U.S. copyright law allows as fair use. If you reuse them, their owners' terms apply, not ours.
If you own something shown here and want it credited differently or taken down, tell us and we will deal with it promptly.

Accuracy and corrections
We work from primary records and link every one. Records get amended and we can make mistakes. If you find an error, bring it to Blask's Discord with the source, and we will check it and fix the page.
Links to other sites
We link to documents and sites we don't control. A link is a citation, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what those sites say or do.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Blask is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on it.
